This policy explains what information sudheer.ai ("we", "us") collects when you use this site, submit a task, book a call, or subscribe to the newsletter, and how that information is used and protected.

2. Information we collect

• Contact details you provide — name, email, phone, or WhatsApp number — when you submit a task, book a call, or get in touch.
• Task details and files you share when describing what you want built, including attachments you upload.
• Basic usage data (pages visited, device/browser type) for improving the site.
• Payment details are handled entirely by our payment processor, Dodo Payments — we never see or store your card information.

3. How we use it

We use your information only to scope and deliver the task you asked for, respond to your enquiry, process payment for work you've approved, and — if you opt in — send the newsletter. We don't sell your data, and we don't share your idea, code, or files with anyone outside the work being done for you.

4. Confidentiality

Anything you send as part of a task — briefs, data, code, screenshots — is treated as confidential and used solely to complete that task. We're happy to sign an NDA on request.

5. Your choices

You can ask us to delete your data, unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in any email, or request a copy of what we hold on you by emailing consult@sudheer.ai.
